About the Kal-Lite Division

An Expert in Flat Sheet FRP Manufacturing & Design

As a division of the Kalwall Corporation, Kal-Lite has spent nearly half a century developing a robust line of flat sheet fiberglass reinforced plastic products, ranging from wall coverings to ceiling products, composite surfaces, and much more.

Kalwall’s® history dates to 1955 when Robert Keller created the Kalwall® translucent sandwich panel—a building composite far superior to acrylic, polycarbonate or glass in many ways. From museum quality daylighting, thermal and solar efficiency, safety and security, Kalwall wall and Skyroof™ panels always have been a game changer. It is a legacy the Kal-Lite Division is proud to be a part of.

Over time, this has given us the opportunity to meet the needs of an extremely wide range of customers around the world, but it does not stop there. As part of this history, Kal-Lite continues to provide architects, building owners, and designers with the most advanced and effective flat sheet FRP solutions available.

As our niche markets and capabilities have evolved, we have grown into a go-to source for specialty items, smaller runs, prototyping, and custom colors. We proudly insist that flat sheet FRP from the Kal-Lite Division is much more than standard flat sheet FRP.
